We had very good food and the staff was extremely friendly.
The only thing which was not so good, the breakfast buffet was not ready at 7.30 h. We booked some tours and we had to leave early at 8.00 , we could‘nt enjoy the hole breakfast buffet and it tooks 20 minutes to get the coffee.

Déjeuner et dîner au restaurant des Jardins de la Médina ont été une expérience délicieuse. Le maître d’hôtel et les autres membres du personnel nous ont accueillis chaleureusement, toujours avec un sourire et des mots attentionnés. Chaque plat était une œuvre d’art culinaire, nous permettant de découvrir les saveurs du terroir. Merci également à Abdu pour ses mélodies qui ont ajouté une touche unique à nos soirées.

The food was great but when in essence you're sharing a space, a home, and the staff are fighting with each other, then the food does not taste as good as it could. Wrong place, wrong time.

Beautiful. Would recommend the spa day and lunch package to anyone. The staff around the bar could have been more attentive or easily accessible but otherwise this was a pretty flawless experience all around.

nous avons aimé séjourner dans votre hôtel. nous avons profité du hammam et du salon de massage. les chambres sont confortables et au calme, nous nous sommes bien reposés. nous avons profité de la piscine et de ses installations. le solarium est très agréable également. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux.
