Once again this year, Les Jardins de la Médina is preparing to welcome its guests in grand style. The hotel continues a tradition that has now become part of its identity: going above and beyond to offer an evening that is much more than a festive dinner. Here, New Year’s Eve becomes a true event — where fine cuisine, live entertainment, and musical ambiance blend together to create a timeless moment designed to surprise, delight, and leave every guest with unforgettable memories.
The evening will begin at 7:30 pm on the main terrace of the hotel, in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, with a refined cocktail reception. Cocktails, mocktails, wines, sangria and more will accompany a generous selection of canapés, flambéed prawns and oysters. Live music from a trio will set the tone for the night, while the renowned magician Youssef Chouiter will captivate guests with his tricks and illusions, bringing instant smiles and that spark of wonder unique to end-of-year celebrations.
At 8:30 pm, the rhythm and setting will change. Around the pool, acrobats and a fire-breather will offer a striking visual performance — a spectacular transition leading into the highlight of the evening: the gala dinner.
At 9:15 pm, guests will take their seats in the grand riad salon, under the high carved cedar ceilings, to discover a menu designed as a crescendo of culinary emotions, combining finesse, surprise, and indulgence.

During dinner, the festive magic will continue. At the turntables, a DJ will take guests on a musical journey through three iconic decades: the groovy disco energy of the 70s, the bold electro-pop spirit of the 80s, and the nostalgic, feel-good vibes of the 90s. Enough to make memories dance, stir emotions, and bring back the desire to sing along to the songs everyone knows.
Folkloric troupes, a traditional tray dancer, and oriental dancers will appear throughout the evening, adding rhythm, charm, and enchantment.
