NEW YEAR’S EVE MENU
Scallop ceviche, salmon roe and fresh ginger
Black truffle and mushroom ravioli
Cream of butternut soup with chestnuts, foie gras and crunchy hazelnuts
Back of cod, risotto duo, mussels and clams, Taliouine saffron sauce
Berber delight: Whisky tonic with preserved lemon
Stuffed guinea fowl with chestnuts and dried fruits, chanterelles, and a duo of potatoes

PROGRAM
7pm to 8pm New Year’s Eve Cocktail on the terrace (sangria, wines, cocktails, appetizers, flambéed prawns, oysters…) featuring a trio of musicians and our magician Youssef Chouiter.
8pm to 8:30pm Acrobats and fire breather around the pool.
8:45pm Start of the meal in the grand lounge with oriental dancers, folkloric groups, and DJ.
11.45pm Dessert at the stroke of midnight.
