To welcome 2027, Les Jardins de la Médina invites you to celebrate New Year’s Eve in the heart of Marrakech’s Kasbah. In the magnificent setting of a former princely residence, fine dining, music and live entertainment come together to light up the final hours of the year.
The gala dinner will be served beneath the high, carved cedar ceilings of the grand salon and amid the lush greenery of the estate’s Orangerie.
The New Year’s Eve menu: an exquisite gala dinner
Amuse-bouche
Crisp crab tartlet, charred avocado, preserved lemon and mild harissa
First starter
Lightly seared langoustine
Squash prepared in different textures, mandarin condiment and cardamom-infused shellfish emulsion
Second starter
Truffle-scented chestnut velouté, toasted hazelnuts and a crisp herb tuile
Fish course
Turbot roasted on the bone, celeriac purée, preserved lemon beurre blanc and sea-salt pearls
Meat course
Roasted lamb noisette, delicate fennel purée, fondant potatoes, confit onions and a rich jus
Dessert
Mandarin, almond and orange blossom
Citrus crémeux, soft saffron sponge, caramelised almonds and mandarin sorbet
An evening of surprises, magic and live performances
From 7:00 pm, the evening begins with a cocktail reception on the terrace. Wines, cocktails and mocktails accompany amuse-bouches, flambéed king prawns and oysters. A live musical trio and close-up magic from renowned magician Youssef Chouiter set the mood for the celebrations.
At 8:00 pm, gather around the pool for a performance by a troupe of acrobats and a fire-breather, before making your way to the grand salon at 8:45 pm for the gala dinner.
Throughout the evening, a saxophonist, a traditional tray dancer, belly dancers and folk troupes from different regions of Morocco take turns entertaining guests as dinner unfolds. A DJ keeps the celebrations going into the early hours.
At 11:45 pm, dessert is served ahead of the midnight countdown, as we prepare to welcome 2027 together in a warm and festive atmosphere.
Prices and reservations
Adults: MAD 2,690 per person.
Children under 12: 50% off the full price, at MAD 1,345 per child.
Drinks served during dinner are not included in these prices.
